1 / Definition  of the role of the organization (BWA)
Plus or Sudanese Branch (BWEO SD)
 2 / Definition  in Sudan after separation and before
3 / Multi-cultural, ethnic and religious Sudan
4 / Promote tourism in Sudan

5 / Define the role of women in Sudan
 (political, developmental, cultural and educational)
6 / Provide a financial return fares for the organization
 and  continue to work until we open

  Branch  in Sudan

  through the{fundraising}
(Sale Sudanese products, Food 
& 
 beverages and donation box).

Program as follows: -                                                                      

** Introductory presentation about on the Sudan

 Power Point / posters   
 and antiques from the Sudan / slideshow

** Corner: Sudanese wedding 
  (the bride and groom and Jertq / bride and dance) 
** Corner Sudanese Coffee  ceremonies
** Corner Sudanese henna and ceremonies
 Conner Sudanese Hiar brid)
** Fashion Show 
            (men and women of all of Sudan, past and present)
** Song / sing (musician / local musician ) / Tribal dance
** Showing 3 movies and dvd (who is  Sudanese people 
  Sudan development and investment in Sudan
  Cultural diversity of Sudan)
** Patriotic songs (graphic / listen / and live)r

** Sudanese food and drinks
** Sudanese products

 اليوم الثقافي  التعريفي للسودان في كندا مدينة فانكوفر

 الاهداف التعريف بالسودان:-

1/ التعريف بدور المنظمة ( بت مكلي )والسعي لتوسعة المشاريع بالسودان

 2/التعريف بالسودان بعد الانفصال وقبله

3/ عكس التعدد الثقافي والعرقي والديني بالسودان

4/ تشجيع السياحة بالسودان

5/ التعريف بدور النساء بالسودان (السياسي والتنموي والثقافي والتعليمي)

6/ توفير عائد مالي للإجرات المنظمة واستقطاب الدعم وتجميع التبرعات لصالح منكوبي 
الفيضان 2014  ومواصلة العمل حتي يتم تمويل  المنظمة بالسودان من خلال 
تغطية الاعلام الكندي و من خلال بيع المنتجات السودانيه والمأكولات والمشروبات وجمع 

التبرعات  .

البرنامج كالاتي :-

** عرض تعريفي عن السودان (بور بوينت/ ملصقات  حايطية /مناظر وتحف من السودان /عرض صور).

** كونر للعرس السوداني (عريس وعروس والجرتق/ورقص عروس)

** كونر الجبنه السودانية وطقوسها

** كونر الحنة السودانيه  وطقوسها بالاضافة لكونر المشاط السوداني )

** كونر للجالية  والسفاره

 ** عرض أزياء (رجال ونساء يشمل كل السودان  الماضي والحاضر )

** مديح /غناء ( موسيقي / رق / عود) / رقص فلكوري

** عرض 3 افلام وثايقية (عن الحاضره السودانيه /السودان التنمية والتطور / التعدد الثقافي السوداني )

** اغاني وطنية (تصويرية / استماع / وحية) / القاء شعري حي  / عرض أغاني فلكورية

** حفل مسائ خيري  + (عرض لوربوبنت وفديوهات عن  الفياضانات وتــثيرها علي البلد 
          وحشد لدعم التبرعات لصالح الاسر المتضررة) 6-11مساء

** مأكولات سودانية  ومشروبات** منتجات سودانية

 بالتعـــاون مــــع:-

      منظمة  وجمعية  بت مكـــلي  لتنمـــية المــراة الـداعــم الحالي لكـــل الانشـــطة

      الجاليات السودانية بفانكوفر وكـــالقري وادمـــنتون .

      بالتعـــاون مـــع العمـــدة للمـــنتجــات الغــــذايئة بإدمـــنتون

      Resident and share culture with Canadian community .

This event in 2 parts :-

Free event from 11:30am to 5:30pm

 Music  Plusa lot of kids activity

Part 2 Fundraising night(From6pm to 11:30pm)

All fund will be Donation to Support Family in Need for this year flood and BWEO Work
